We are delighted to announce that IRX & eDX will now take place on 13 & 14 October 2021 at the NEC in the UK. The retail market is clearly changing as a result of COVID-19. A recent study by Kantar concluded that lockdown shopping habits are likely to continue even when social distancing becomes a thing of the past with 33% of households believing their volume of online purchases will increase. In addition, eMarketer’s report in May 2020 found that UK retail eCommerce sales will account for 27.5% of total retail sales this year, and that proportion will approach one-third by 2024.
