The Director of E-Commerce is responsible for leading the strategic development, consumer and brand experience, revenue and profit growth of the Mountain Hardwear E-commerce channel in North America. This role requires a proven track record in leading and evolving E-Commerce businesses through driving innovation in technology and user experience, employing effective traffic-driving tactics and campaigns, creating engaging on-site content and merchandising, and working through partnerships across brands, functions and global partners. Brand and business effective merchandising, seasonal buy strategies and execution are paramount. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of E-Commerce provides leadership and vision to both drive the business forward and provide an exceptional brand experience to our consumers.
The Director of E-commerce will leverage back-end support teams within the corporate shared services functions that span Ecommerce , seasonal buy planning, inventory monitoring and management, customer service, creative, IT, and marketing.
