  • **The Opportunity**
  • We are hiring a high-performance
  • **Director of E-Commerce**
  • to work directly under our Head of E-Commerce and help scale the next phase of our growth.
  • This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role.
  • We want an A-player who understands Shopify at a deep level, knows how to increase conversion and AOV, and can spot growth opportunities others miss. Someone who moves fast, thinks in numbers, and takes ownership of outcomes — not tasks.
  • If you have scaled a DTC brand and know how to drive measurable impact, this role is for you.
  • **What You’ll Own Shopify (Primary Focus)**
  • Optimize the full Shopify storefront and customer journey
  • Increase conversion rate, AOV, bundling, and upsell performance
  • Lead CRO testing and site optimization initiatives
  • Improve mobile experience and checkout flow
  • Execute promotional strategies with precision and speed
  • **Amazon Seller Central**
  • Improve listing quality, SEO, and catalog structure
  • Monitor contribution margin and channel profitability
  • Identify scaling opportunities while protecting margin
  • Maintain operational excellence and account health
  • **Retention Oversight**
  • Oversee Klaviyo and Postscript performance
  • Push lifecycle marketing to increase LTV and repeat purchase rate
  • Align email/SMS promotions with paid media and inventory strategy
  • Hold team accountable to revenue and performance metrics
  • **Performance & Accountability**
  • Own key metrics:
  • Conversion rate
  • AOV
  • ROAS
  • Contribution margin
  • Run weekly performance reviews
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix them
  • Drive profitable growth — not vanity metrics
  • **Who You Are**
  • 5–8+ years in e-commerce, with strong Shopify expertise required
  • Proven experience scaling a DTC brand
  • Strong analytical thinker — you live in the numbers
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with Klaviyo required; Postscript preferred
  • Highly competitive, high ownership, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
