  • **The Role**
  • This role will sit at the centre of Goodhood’s digital operation, working directly with the Head of E-commerce & Digital to drive performance across all online channels.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the website and digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard, on time, and with a clear commercial focus.
  • You will act as a key link between departments creative, studio, customer service, and warehouse, helping to keep the entire digital function aligned, efficient, and accountable.
  • You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment, while maintaining the Goodhood tone and standard across all touchpoints.
  • **Responsibilities:**
  • **E-commerce & Trading**
  • Support the daily trading of the website, ensuring products, collections and content are accurate and optimised
  • Own site merchandising, including category curation, product sorting and launch execution
  • Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and AOV
  • Ensure all product launches are set up correctly and delivered on time
  • **Campaign Execution**
  • Manage the delivery of campaigns across site such as our in-house, email and paid channels
  • Brief and coordinate with creative and studio teams to ensure assets are delivered to spec and on schedule
  • Maintain consistency across all campaign touchpoints
  • **Studio & Production**
  • Support the management of the in-house studio, ensuring all shoots are planned, executed and delivered on time
  • Work closely with photography and production to align shoot lists with trading priorities
  • Ensure all imagery meets required standards, formats and deadlines for site and marketing channels
  • Help improve studio workflows, balancing quality and output
  • **Email & CRM (Klaviyo)**
  • Build and deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
  • Support segmentation and targeting to improve engagement and revenue
  • Monitor performance and optimise based on results
  • **Paid Media Support**
  • Work alongside agency partners and internal teams on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Ensure products, feeds and assets are aligned with campaign strategy
  • Support reporting and performance tracking
  • **Operations & Process**
  • Help define and improve workflows across digital, studio and customer service
  • Ensure deadlines are met across all weekly deliverables (imagery, campaigns, uploads)
  • Support problem solving across stock, launches and customer experience
  • **Reporting & Analysis**
  • Track weekly performance across key metrics including revenue, conversion, AOV and channel contribution
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities, feeding back into strategy
  • Maintain clear and consistent reporting standards
  • **Requirements**
  • 2–4 years experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce best practice
  • Experience working with email platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
