- Talpa Supermercados is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our IT department in Stone Mountain. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our e-commerce initiatives and drive digital transformation in the retail sector.
- As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing innovative online marketing campaigns that enhance our customers' shopping experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets our business goals while providing a seamless user experience. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our company's growth and adapting to the ever-evolving digital landscape.

- **Responsibilities**
- **E-Commerce Operations**
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including online ordering, fulfillment, pickup, and delivery workflows
- Ensure accuracy of online product listings, pricing, promotions, and availability
- Coordinate with store managers and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor order volume, fulfillment accuracy, customer issues, and service levels
- **Sales Growth & Performance**
- Drive online sales growth and customer adoption of digital ordering
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Online sales revenue
- Order volume and fulfillment accuracy
- Customer satisfaction and repeat usage
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- **Customer Experience**
- Ensure a positive and culturally relevant
- online customer experience
- Address customer feedback, issues, and service improvements related to e-commerce
- Align digital experience with Talpa’s brand, family values, and community focus
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with store operations, marketing, inventory, and finance teams
- Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers online
- Work closely with store leadership to align digital and in-store execution
- **Platform & Vendor Management**
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, delivery partners, and technology vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
- Support evaluation and implementation of enhancements as the business grows
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Track KPIs including sales, average basket size, conversions, fulfillment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- **Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)**
- Established and reliable e-commerce operating process across stores
- Consistent growth in online sales and customer adoption

- **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with online advertising and social media marketing
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in supermarket or grocery retail
- Experience serving Hispanic or multicultural customer markets
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail or digital transformation initiatives
