As our presence across online marketplaces continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to own and grow our sales across the platforms where we sell — and to help us launch into new ones.
- **Job Summary**
- As our E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across multiple online marketplaces, including Walmart, Target, eBay, Etsy, and emerging channels such as TikTok Shop. You will own listing quality, pricing, advertising, and channel strategy end to end, working closely with our marketing, inventory, and operations teams to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and deliver an excellent customer experience on every platform.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Own the day-to-day management of product listings across multiple marketplaces (Walmart, Target, eBay, Etsy, and others), including product descriptions, images, pricing, and catalog accuracy.
- Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to grow revenue and profitability on each marketplace, and identify, evaluate, and launch new marketplace channels as the business expands.
- Conduct keyword, category, and competitor research; optimize listings and content for search visibility and conversion on each platform.
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across marketplaces (e.g., Walmart Connect, sponsored placements, and platform-specific deals and promotions).
- Implement and monitor competitive, profit-aware pricing strategies, including repricing and Buy Box management where applicable.
- Analyze sales, traffic, and performance data across all channels to identify opportunities, and report on key metrics to leadership.
- Manage marketplace operations and account health, including order flow, policy compliance, case and dispute resolution, and customer reviews and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels, smooth fulfillment, and consistent listing availability across channels.
- Stay current on each platform’s policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and capture new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic, sales, and brand consistency through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven, hands-on experience managing sales on one or more major online marketplaces — such as Walmart, Target Plus, eBay, Etsy, or TikTok Shop — is required.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one major marketplace seller platform (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, eBay, or Etsy), along with related third-party tools for listing/feed management, repricing, and analytics.
- Experience planning and managing marketplace advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret multi-channel sales data and turn it into action.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on listing quality and product presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfort with data and feed-management tools is a plus.
- Experience with jewelry or related products is a plus but not required.
