  • **Hello Klean | London HQ | Beauty Solutions for Your Water**
  • Hello Klean is a London-based beauty brand solving hard water problems. We've sold 1M+ units and grown 700% over two years, entirely bootstrapped. Featured on BBC Dragons' Den (2023), now backed by water filtration giant BRITA Group and expanding internationally.
  • Hello Klean is looking for a remote E-commerce Operations Executive with a sharp operational mind, a love for systems, and the ability to keep a fast-moving, multi-channel business running without friction.
  • We're looking for a hands-on operator: someone who lives in the detail, owns the day-to-day, and quietly makes everything run better.
  • **About the Role**
  • You'll be the operational backbone of Hello Klean, making sure our B2C orders perform, our global 3PLs deliver, and our B2B orders go out on time and in full. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in clean inventory data, smooth fulfilment cycles, and a Shopify backend that's exactly where it should be.
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, a central part of this role is fluency across our operational stack. Through onboarding and ongoing collaboration, you'll develop a deep understanding of how Hello Klean moves product, from the moment an order is placed on our Shopify store to the moment it lands at a customer's door, anywhere in the world. That means knowing our 3PLs intimately, understanding the rhythms of our wholesale partners, and being the first to spot when something is drifting off course.
  • You'll also be the connective tissue between teams. You'll liaise daily with our logistics team to arrange shipments, with suppliers to track production and inbound orders, and with customer care to resolve fulfilment issues quickly and cleanly. We expect you to be a calm, clear communicator, someone people trust to give them a straight answer and a quick resolution.
  • We also expect strong commercial literacy: not just knowing what's in stock, but understanding why it matters. The ideal candidate can distinguish between operational noise and the metrics that actually move the business: stock cover, on-time delivery, fulfilment cost per order, and the small inefficiencies that compound across thousands of shipments. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also be a key support across any ad-hoc projects that come up in operations.
  • This is a role for a confident operator, someone who can hold the whole picture in their head, anticipate problems before they happen, and quietly fix things others would have escalated. We value someone who cares about craft in operations as much as a designer cares about craft in their work.
  • **What You'll Do**
  • Own the day-to-day operational performance of our B2C Shopify store across all regions.
  • Work with our five global 3PLs (UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada): performance, SLAs, billing, problem solving and escalations.
  • Process and manage B2B and wholesale orders end-to-end, from PO to fulfilment to invoicing.
  • Liaise with our logistics team to arrange inbound and outbound shipments, freight bookings, and customs documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to track production timelines, inbound stock, and resolve any sourcing issues.
  • Monitor stock levels across markets, flag replenishment needs, and minimise out-of-stocks and overstocks.
  • Resolve delivery issues (delays, damages, lost parcels) in partnership with the customer care team.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order data across Shopify, Inventory Management System and our 3PL systems.
  • Continuously look for ways to automate and streamline our operational processes, reducing manual work and the room for error.
  • Bring structure and documentation to our operational processes as we scale.
  • Support the wider team on any ad-hoc projects that come up in operations.
  • **Who You Are**
  • An experienced e-commerce operations specialist with brand, DTC, or consumer goods experience.
  • Hands-on with Shopify: you know the admin, the order flow, and the integrations inside out.
  • Comfortable managing multiple 3PLs across international markets and time zones.
  • Solid understanding of general operations, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Strong in spreadsheets and data analysis: you can build a clean stock forecast or fulfilment report without overthinking it.
  • Always looking to automate and streamline how we work, replacing repetitive manual tasks with systems that scale.
  • A calm, clear communicator who can hold suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to the same standard.
  • Detail-obsessed: you spot the SKU mismatch, the missing tracking number, the invoice that doesn't add up.
  • Proactive: you don't wait to be told something is broken, you've already started fixing it.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with high autonomy and high accountability.
  • **What We Offer**
  • A vibrant and supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
  • A fully remote or hybrid working arrangement (to be discussed).
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Work from anywhere policy, up to one month per year.
  • Generous product allowance.
