  • We are not just looking for a manager; we are looking for someone who will take full ownership of operations.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency across orders, inventory, logistics, and customer experience. You will act as the central point of accountability and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Ownership and Accountability**
  • Take full responsibility for day-to-day e-commerce operations
  • Ensure smooth execution across all operational areas
  • Proactively identify and solve problems without waiting for instructions
  • Be accountable for operational performance and results
  • **Execution and Coordination**
  • Drive execution across internal teams such as tech, marketing, and customer support
  • Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain alignment across all moving parts of the business
  • **Operations and Fulfillment**
  • Oversee order processing, delivery timelines, and returns
  • Manage inventory levels and stock planning
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
  • **Customer Experience**
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Improve processes to enhance the overall customer journey
  • **Performance and Improvement**
  • Track key KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery success rate, and return rate
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
  • Support business growth through better processes and execution
