E-commerce Specialist

Experience on ERP (PO Processing and Shipping related preferred)
Monitor customers enquiries through chat-based messaging system or phone call with excellent communication skill
**Platform Expertise:** Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Ebay, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart
**Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to analyze data using Google Analytics , Excel, and platform analytics to monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates.
**Digital Marketing Knowledge:** Experience with SEO best practices, email marketing tools, and Facebook Business Manager.
**Data Analysis & Reporting:** Creating reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
Monitor shipping labels through Shipstation or LTL carrier
Coordinate your assistant with warehouse on RMA process and warranties.
We are looking for someone who is responsible to anything from their work assignments to their work attendance.
**Communication:** Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Problem-Solving:** Ability to fix technical issues like resolving Amazon related disputes and other problem solving management for your team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
