- **The Role**
- We are looking for a **Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant** to support the execution of online merchandising, content and digital marketing activities across our brands.
- Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, this role will play an important part in ensuring our online stores and marketplaces are accurate, visually compelling and optimised for conversion, while supporting promotional campaigns and daily trading performance.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Support the coordination of promotional activity across websites and online marketplaces.
- Complete daily website checks to ensure product data, pricing, imagery and promotions are accurate.
- Provide daily reporting on online trading performance, dispatch figures and revenue.
- Assist with merchandising and creative updates across online stores.
- Manage weekly product flow to ensure new styles are photographed, uploaded and launched on time.
- Write engaging product copy and assist with marketing copy for digital campaigns and EDMs.
- Review and test email campaigns to ensure content and links are accurate.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment processes with relevant teams.
- Research competitor online activity including pricing, advertising and promotions.
- Report technical issues across online channels in a timely manner.
- **The Requirements**
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or online retail is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Confidence working across websites, marketplaces and digital platforms.
- Experience in fashion, retail or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
