- to help us grow our global online presence across AU, US, UK, and EU markets.

- Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving online revenue through seamless ecommerce operations, optimised website performance, and engaging, personalised email marketing campaigns.

- **What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Ecommerce Trade & Website**
- Support day-to-day management of SUNNYLiFE’s global ecommerce sites (AU, US, UK, EU)
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
- Optimise product merchandising and onsite experience to maximise conversions.
- Coordinate website content, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to execute ecommerce initiatives.
- Set up promotions, discounts, and campaign assets.
- Use tools like A/B testing and heatmapping to continuously improve performance.
- **Reporting & Insights**
- Monitor website performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse ecommerce data and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare performance reports on traffic, sales, and campaigns.
- **Email Marketing & CRM**
- Build and execute targeted, data-driven email campaigns (Klaviyo preferred)
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging based on customer behaviour.
- Support retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Develop automated lifecycle and churn-prevention campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise.
- **What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Shopify or CMS platform experience
- Strong analytical mindset with Excel/reporting skills
- Email marketing experience (Klaviyo highly regarded)
- Basic HTML knowledge
- SEO and content experience
- Experience working across multiple regions/sites (highly desirable)
