  • **What You'll Do**
  • **Amazon Marketplace Management**
  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings across skincare, hair care, cosmetics, nails, lashes, grooming, and personal care categories.
  • Oversee catalog health, listing accuracy, variation structures, product attributes, and content quality.
  • Ensure listings effectively communicate product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, claims, and key selling points.
  • Lead new product launch execution, including listing setup, content readiness, inventory coordination, and launch monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
  • **Ecommerce Performance & Business Analytics**
  • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key business metrics including GMV, units sold, conversion rate, sessions, Buy Box performance, inventory health, and profitability.
  • Develop recurring business reports and dashboards to track performance against goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends, competitive analysis, and marketplace insights.
  • Support forecasting, promotional planning, and inventory decision-making through analytical reporting.
  • **PDP Content & Conversion Optimization**
  • Lead PDP optimization initiatives to improve customer engagement and conversion performance.
  • Develop content strategies that highlight product benefits, ingredient stories, usage instructions, and beauty-specific selling points.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, product development, and regulatory teams to create high-performing product pages.
  • Review customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and VOC data to identify content improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and marketplace best practices.
  • **A+ Content & Brand Store Management**
  • Manage the development and optimization of Amazon A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and Brand Stores.
  • Create comparison charts, routine-building content, and cross-selling opportunities to increase basket size and customer engagement.
  • Analyze Brand Store traffic, engagement, and sales performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and product discovery.
  • **Promotions & Growth Initiatives**
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate Amazon promotions including coupons, deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support key retail events such as Prime Day, Holiday campaigns, and major promotional periods.
  • Partner with advertising and brand teams to align promotional strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, bundling strategies, and marketplace growth.
  • **Inventory Planning & Operational Excellence**
  • Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock availability across Amazon.
  • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to minimize stockouts and excess inventory risks.
  • Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities using historical sales data and business trends.
  • Ensure inventory readiness for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track operational performance and proactively address marketplace issues that may impact sales.
  • **Account Health & Marketplace Support**
  • Manage Amazon support cases related to catalog issues, listing suppressions, compliance requests, account health matters, and operational escalations.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve issues to maintain marketplace compliance.
  • Coordinate documentation requests and support regulatory or compliance-related initiatives.
  • Assist with Amazon UK and EU marketplace operations, expansion projects, and international listing management.
  • Maintain operational excellence across assigned ecommerce channels.
  • **Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management**
  • Collaborate closely with ecommerce, brand, creative, advertising, operations, inventory, finance, and product development teams.
  • Participate in business reviews with Amazon account managers, agency partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead or support strategic ecommerce projects, process improvements, and marketplace expansion initiatives.
  • Help establish best practices and improve workflows across ecommerce operations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members when applicable.
  • **What We're Looking For**
  • **Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Communications, Merchandising, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • **Minimum 3 years of experience** in ecommerce, Amazon marketplace management, digital merchandising, or related ecommerce operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and profitability metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce product listings, PDP optimization, catalog management, and marketplace operations.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience within Beauty & Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, Hair Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Experience managing Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, promotions, and account health initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of Amazon advertising, DSP, PPC, Brand Registry, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), or international marketplaces.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, inventory planning, or ecommerce business analysis.
  • Experience leading product launches, promotional planning, or marketplace expansion projects.
