- **Ecommerce Coordinator
- Company:** EHPLabs
- **Employment Type:** Full-Time
- The Ecommerce Coordinator is the engine room of our D2C business. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you'll own the day to day execution of our Shopify storefronts, from merchandising and content uploads through to trade reporting and analysis. You'll be the person who makes sure every product launch, promotion and campaign lands cleanly on site, on time, every time, while feeding the team the data we need to keep getting sharper.
- **About the Role:**
- **Responsibilities:**
- **Site merchandising:** manage product placement, collection curation, navigation and on site search across Shopify storefronts to maximise revenue per session.
- **Content uploads:** build and publish PDPs, landing pages, banners, blog content and email assets, ensuring every piece is brand correct, mobile first and conversion ready.
- **Promotional execution:** deploy sales, codes, bundles, gift with purchase and sitewide promotions accurately and on schedule across markets.
- **New product launches:** coordinate the on site launch of NPD, partnering with brand, creative, copy and supply chain to hit go live dates.
- **Trade reporting and analysis:** own daily, weekly and monthly trade reporting; surface what's working, what isn't and what we should change next.
- **CRO and onsite optimisation:** brief and QA A/B tests, identify drop off points in the funnel and recommend fixes.
- **QA and site health:** proactively audit the site for broken links, pricing errors, out of stock products and content issues across markets.
- **Cross functional partnership:** work closely with paid media, EDM, retention, creative and supply chain to keep the D2C engine moving.
- **About you:**
- 2 to 4 years' hands on experience in an ecommerce coordinator or executive role, ideally inside a fast paced D2C consumer brand.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus), including merchandising, metafields, theme editing basics and discount engine.
- Confident with ecommerce analytics: GA4, Shopify Analytics and at least one BI or reporting tool (Looker, Triple Whale, Glew or similar).
- Sharp eye for detail. You don't ship typos, broken links or misaligned banners.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets, time zones and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instinct: you understand that every page is a P&L lever.
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Judge.me, Yotpo or similar D2C stack tools is highly regarded.
- Exposure to Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop is a bonus, not a requirement.
- **How you'll operate:**
- You move fast and finish things. Speed and quality aren't a trade off here.
- You take ownership end to end and don't wait to be told what to do next.
- You communicate clearly and directly, in writing and in the room.
- You bring solutions, not just problems, and you're hungry to learn from senior operators.
- You care about the brand and the consumer experience as much as you care about the numbers.
- **About EHPlabs:**
- EHPlabs is one of the world's fastest growing sports nutrition and supplements brands, home to OxyShred and a portfolio of category leading products sold across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and major retailers in AU, US, NZ, CA and UK. We move fast, ship hard, and hold ourselves to a standard most teams don't. If you want to operate at pace inside a brand that's genuinely going somewhere, you'll fit in here.
- **Benefits of working for EHPlabs:**
- Sit inside a tight, high performing commercial team with direct visibility to senior leadership
- Work on category leading brands sold in over 30 countries.
- Real career runway as we continue to scale globally across D2C, marketplaces and retail
- Fun, supportive family culture
- Discounted supplements and protein bars
- Did we mention office dogs?
- **Note:** To be considered for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
