You will partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to align event initiatives with GTM priorities and business goals.
- Events are one of Yotpo’s strongest lead generation channels, and we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven marketer who can build and scale a high-performing event portfolio—including trade shows, executive experiences, third-party conferences, and owned programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and is motivated by delivering measurable business results.
- You will:
- Own Yotpo’s US field events strategy and execution, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact aligned to GTM priorities.
- Develop quarterly event plans that support sales targets, vertical focus, and ABM initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end execution of owned and third-party events, ensuring strong positioning, engagement, and

- Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales leadership, ABM, ops, and customer success to maximize event performance.
- Own budgets and ROI, forecasting spend and optimizing allocation based on performance data.
- Design pre- and post-event campaign strategy, including targeting, meeting generation, follow-up workflows, and pipeline tracking.
- Analyze performance and present insights to leadership, continuously improving the events program.
- Refine processes and mentor coordinators, elevating team execution standards.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in B2B event or field marketing.
- Proven ownership of event programs tied to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and GTM collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
Experience managing budgets and reporting on roi
- Confident stakeholder manager and clear communicator.
- Able to travel within the US as needed.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing tech.
- Experience partnering closely with ABM and sales leadership.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Base salary $110,000-120,000
- Compensation ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
