  • About the Role
  • The Global Vice President of E-Commerce is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide digital commerce strategy, driving online revenue growth, and optimizing end-to-end e-commerce operations across all markets. This executive role focuses on scaling digital channels, enhancing customer experience, and integrating technology, data, and marketing to accelerate global sales performance.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the global e-commerce strategy across all digital sales channels
  • Lead P&L ownership for global online business performance
  • Drive revenue growth through DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), marketplaces, and partner platforms
  • Oversee website optimization, UX/UI improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Lead global digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid media, and affiliate marketing
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across merchandising, operations, analytics, and technology
  • Establish data-driven decision-making frameworks using analytics and customer insights
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order delivery
  • Expand international e-commerce presence and localize strategies by region
  • Identify and implement new digital commerce technologies and platforms
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, platforms, and vendors
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or omnichannel commerce
  • 5+ years in senior leadership or executive-level roles
  • Proven track record of scaling global online revenue and managing large P&L
  • Strong experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience operating in multi-country or global markets
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2C and DTC business models
  • Background in retail, consumer goods, technology, or luxury industries
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and marketing automation tools
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
