  • **About the Role**
  • We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Growth Operations Manager to support the delivery and execution of our D2C growth strategy. Working closely with our Head of Growth, your role is to make sure ideas are implemented quickly and effectively - from campaign execution and website updates to reporting and project management.
  • This is a hands-on role in a fast moving business. You’ll be responsible for getting work live, keeping projects on track and ensuring nothing slips.
  • The primary focus of this role is on execution, delivery and coordination. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, who owns overall strategy and direction, while you focus on making sure that work is implemented effectively and on time.

  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Own the project management of marketing activity end-to-end, including: press ads, leaflets (production, print, timelines), direct mail, partnerships and collaborations, OOH / media activity (e.g. tube, print)
  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met across teams and suppliers
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers and internal team members
  • Keep projects moving and proactively flag risks or delays
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Support the execution of D2C growth initiatives across channels (paid, CRM, partnerships, press)
  • Build landing pages, support campaigns and product launches
  • Implement website updates and improvements (Shopify, apps, UX changes)
  • Support delivery of campaigns, launches and site updates
  • Data & Reporting
  • Own day-to-day performance tracking and reporting, including: daily CAC tracking, channel performance tracking
  • Support month-end reporting (data gathering, organisation, initial analysis)
  • Assist with attribution tracking and maintaining clean, reliable data
  • Support retention and lifecycle reporting alongside CRM Manager
  • Help ensure we have clear visibility on performance across all activity
  • Website & CRO
  • Own day-to-day website management
  • Implement CRO tests and improvements based on data and insights
  • Ensure the site is up to date, optimised and aligned with campaigns
  • Support ongoing improvements to UX, conversion and customer journey
  • Cross-functional Support
  • Work closely with wider D2C team
  • Help ensure alignment between strategy, creative and execution
  • Support the wider team in delivering high-quality, high-impact work at pace
  • **About You**
  • 2+ years experience in a D2C, e-commerce or digital marketing role
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and working across multiple projects at once
  • Hands-on and proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues before they become problems
  • Comfortable working across tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Comfortable working with data, but equally focused on execution and delivery
  • A problem solver - able to find simple solutions to complex challenges
  • You enjoy execution and delivery, rather than focusing purely on strategy or ideation
  • **Nice to Have (Not Essential)**
  • Experience working in a subscription-based business
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with CRO tools or A/B testing
  • Basic understanding of paid media performance (Meta, Google)
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners
