- **JOB DESCRIPTION:**
- We are hiring a growth-focused ecommerce leader for a premium fashion brand scaling aggressively in the US market.
- This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We are looking for a commercially minded operator who understands how to build and scale high-AOV D2C brands by integrating performance marketing, retention, ecommerce, CRO, brand storytelling, and customer experience into one cohesive growth engine.
- You will work directly with founders and leadership to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition efficiency, strengthen retention systems, and scale the brand internationally.
- **What You’ll Own**
- End-to-end ecommerce growth across D2C channels
- Performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Website conversion optimization (CRO) and funnel improvements
- Shopify / Shopify Plus ecosystem management
- Email & SMS lifecycle programs through platforms like Klaviyo
- Attribution, analytics, and growth reporting
- Agency management and cross-functional collaboration
- Scaling the brand across US and international markets
- Growth planning tied to revenue, MER, CAC, LTV, and profitability goals
- **What We’re Looking For**
- **Must-Have Experience**
- 7–15 years in D2C ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience scaling premium consumer brands
- Prior experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or high-AOV consumer categories
- Proven experience managing and scaling Shopify / Shopify Plus brands
- Strong understanding of US D2C consumer behavior and ecommerce trends
- Experience managing Meta and Google Ads at meaningful scale
- Strong lifecycle and retention marketing experience (email, SMS, CRM)
- Deep understanding of MER, CAC, LTV, attribution, and profitability metrics
- Experience operating in founder-led or high-growth environments
- **Strongly Preferred**
- Experience scaling brands internationally, especially in the US
- Familiarity with:
- Triple Whale / Northbeam / Hyros
- Meta CAPI
- GA4 / GTM
- Heatmaps & CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
- Exposure to influencer-led growth and creator ecosystems
- Strong understanding of premium/luxury consumer positioning
