- **Role Summary**
- We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
- **Lead – Performance Marketing**
- professional to drive scalable growth across India and North America. This role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve aggressive business objectives.
- You will play a critical role in leveraging data, understanding regional market dynamics, and continuously improving campaign performance through experimentation and innovation.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **1. Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals across India and North America
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid channels
- **2. Market Research & Audience Insights**
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
- Identify trends, audience behavior, and regional nuances to tailor campaigns effectively
- Optimize targeting strategies to improve campaign relevance and engagement
- **3. Performance Optimization & Analytics**
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI
- **4. Reporting & Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and KPIs
- Present insights, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Translate data into actionable strategies for business growth
- **5. Budget Planning & Management**
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively across channels
- Forecast performance and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Maintain cost efficiency while scaling campaigns
- **6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign objectives
- Ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing initiatives
- **7. Innovation & Experimentation**
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
- Test new channels, formats, and growth strategies to improve campaign outcomes
- **8. KPI Ownership**
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators such as CAC, ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversions
- Ensure alignment with overall business and marketing goals
- **Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing campaigns across India and North America
- **Technical Expertise:**
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, paid social, and display advertising
- **Analytical Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, campaign tracking, and performance modeling
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
- **Communication Skills:**
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
