- **Role Overview**
- This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimising eCommerce performance, managing paid advertising campaigns, and supporting online sales growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. The position also plays a key role in maintaining and improving the Shopify eCommerce platform, digital customer experience, analytics tracking, and third-party integrations.
- **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance
- Develop marketing initiatives, promotional strategies, and digital campaigns aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Manage Google Merchant Center and shopping campaign optimisation to improve product visibility and advertising performance
- Oversee product merchandising, promotional campaigns, and online product visibility across advertising platforms and digital channels
- Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion pathways through ongoing testing and analysis
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platform performance to enhance customer experience and conversion outcomes
- Track and interpret conversion measurement data to support commercial decision-making and campaign refinement
- Conduct SEO and content optimisation initiatives to improve organic search performance and online discoverability
- Generate and interpret marketing performance reports using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and return on investment to identify optimisation opportunities
- Support implementation and management of API integrations and third-party systems relating to e-commerce, analytics, and marketing technologies
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external service providers to support digital marketing campaigns and business operations
- **Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and digital marketing strategy
- Experience managing Shopify-based eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party platform connectivity
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre
- Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital analytics
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into commercial marketing initiatives
- Strong communication, organisational, and project coordination skills
- Experience working within fast-paced digital commerce environments is highly regarded
