  • **Role Overview**
  • BuDhaGirl is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and technically capable MarTech & Performance Marketing Operations Specialist to support the systems behind our digital growth channels.
  • This role will work closely with our analytics, and performance marketing leads to support paid media execution, tracking, attribution, reporting, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and campaign operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working across marketing platforms, ecommerce tools, dashboards, and vendor workflows.
  • This is not a traditional ecommerce management role. Our ecommerce team owns storefront experience, site execution, product launches, and merchandising. This role supports the technical and operational layer that helps ensure campaigns are properly built, accurately tracked, and clearly measured.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Support campaign setup, QA, and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot tracking across Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Triple Whale, Meta, Google, TikTok, and related platforms.
  • Monitor pixel health, event tracking, UTMs, promo links, landing pages, product feeds, and campaign naming to ensure clean execution.
  • Assist with daily and weekly reporting across ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, retention, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC performance.
  • Help maintain dashboards and reporting views in Triple Whale, Power BI, Excel, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other tools.
  • Support TikTok Shop and Amazon operational needs, including campaign setup, product mapping, reporting, promo alignment, and partner coordination.
  • Partner with ecommerce, creative, operations, customer service, and wholesale teams to ensure digital campaigns are accurate, supported, and brand-right.
  • Identify data discrepancies, tracking issues, and campaign setup errors before they impact performance or customer experience.
  • Maintain campaign launch checklists and repeatable processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
  • **Qualifications**
  • 3–5 years of experience in MarTech, marketing operations, growth operations, digital analytics, ecommerce operations, or performance marketing support.
  • Experience with a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Triple Whale, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Power BI, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, Stape, or Google enhanced conversions is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and margin.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, platforms, and priorities.
  • Strong QA mindset with the ability to catch broken links, incorrect promo codes, tracking issues, and campaign setup errors before they go live.
  • Self-sufficient, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
