- ONZIE is a Los Angeles–based activewear brand focused on high-performance, body-safe,
- and responsibly made apparel. We are seeking a highly organized assistant to support daily
- operations across customer experience, e-commerce, and fulfillment. This role is hands-on
- and system-oriented, ideal for someone who can move fluidly between digital tools and
- physical product workflows.
- **Location: Los Angeles (DTLA / The Reef) + In Person**
- **Type: Temporary → Permanent Opportunity - Start Date: May 5, 2026**
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries (returns, exchanges, product questions)
- Manage support through Klaviyo and/or Zendesk
- Process returns and exchanges using Loop Returns
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship orders in Shopify
- Generate labels and manage shipments via ShipStation
- Ensure accurate order processing and tracking
- Upload and manage products in Shopify
- Assist with product organization and site updates
- Monitor inventory levels and flag restocks & Operations
- Support workflows in ApparelMagic or similar ERP systems
- Assist with CRM organization in Zoho CRM
- Maintain organized records and support process improvements
- **Preferred Experience**
- Knowledge of e-commerce shipping workflows and logistics
- Experience with Loop Returns
- Familiarity with Klaviyo and/or Zendesk
- Experience using ShipStation
- Experience with ERP systems such as ApparelMagic or similar
- Background in fashion, e-commerce, or fulfillment is a plus
- **Schedule & Compensation**
- Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week) Opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time
- role - Hourly rate based on experience
