- **The Role**
- As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you'll manage and optimise paid media campaigns that deliver real results for our diverse client portfolio. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other paid channels.
- **What You'll Do:**
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign budgets and allocate spend for maximum return
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients
- Create clear, compelling reports and present recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad concepts and landing page optimization
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- **What We Are Looking For:**
- **Essential:**
- 2-4 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Google Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Track record of improving campaign performance across multiple industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex data simply
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Google Ads certification (or willingness to obtain within first month)
- **Bonus Points:**
- Experience with programmatic advertising or other paid channels
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce campaigns
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms
