This is a performance-focused role where you will manage, optimize, and scale campaigns—primarily focused on ecommerce paid ads—across Search, Display, and YouTube for various clients.

  • **Objectives of This Role**
  • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads strategies that improve ROI, increase conversions, and meet performance goals.
  • Manage multi-platform advertising efforts, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and insights delivery to support business decision-making.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign strategies, including keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, ROAS, conversions) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4 events, UTM parameters, and CRM tracking integrations.
  • Directly communicate with clients to provide updates, strategy insights, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver clear performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams or clients.
  • Conduct $A/B$ tests to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, platform changes, and market trends.
  • **Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • 3+ years of hands-on & recent experience in Google Ads management.
  • Strong English fluency for direct client communication.
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce paid advertising.
  • Multi-platform experience managing ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience handling 10+ active client accounts, managing a budget of at least $100,000+ annual or $10,000 a month.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and digital marketing analytics tools.
