- **The Role**
- We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to serve as the primary liaison
- between our internal Marketing/Creative team and our external Digital Marketing and
- Incrementally agencies. This role ensures paid media strategy, execution, performance
- reporting, and optimization align with business objectives, brand standards, and revenue goals.
- The ideal candidate understands paid media platforms, performance metrics, incrementally
- testing, and campaign strategy, and can translate business priorities into actionable direction for
- agency partners while holding them accountable to results.
- Paid media doesn't run itself — and neither does a high-performing agency relationship. As Burlebo scales across channels, we need someone who can sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and accountability. We're looking for a Director of Paid Media to lead our agency relationships and ensure every dollar we spend is working as hard as it can
- This role is for someone who understands the full paid media landscape — from Google and Meta to TikTok Shop and Out of Home — and knows how to translate brand goals into channel-level results. You'll be the bridge between our internal teams and our agency partners, keeping campaigns aligned, performance sharp, and communication clear.

- **What You'll Do**
- ****Agency Management & Liaison****
- Serve as the main point of contact between our internal Marketing and Creative team and agency partners
- Translate company goals, promotions, and brand priorities into clear, actionable campaign briefs
- Review and approve media plans, targeting strategies, budgets, and creative recommendations
- Ensure agency deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with KPIs
- Facilitate regular performance meetings and strategic planning sessions with internal and external teams
- ****Paid Media Strategy & Oversight****
- Collaborate on paid strategy across platforms including Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Out of Home (OOH), and others
- Evaluate audience targeting across the company's three persona pillars, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Ensure tracking, attribution, and conversion goals are properly implemented and maintained
- Identify new channel opportunities and lead test initiatives
- ****Performance Monitoring & Optimization****
- Collaborate with our Incrementally agency on testing outcomes to implement with the Digital Marketing agency
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, MER, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
- Ensure budget pacing and allocation align with performance goals
- Validate reporting accuracy and ensure full transparency from agency partners
- ****Cross-Functional Collaboration****
- Partner with Marketing/Creative, Brand Partnerships, Sales, and E-commerce teams to align messaging and offers
- Provide paid media insights that inform broader marketing strategy across stakeholders and internal teams
- Support campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and product releases
- ****Reporting & Communication****
- Prepare executive-level performance summaries to present to the CEO and Marketing Director
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership — owning the feedback loop and implementing asks
- Communicate performance results in clear, business-focused language that non-media stakeholders can act on
- **What We're Looking For**
- 3–6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Direct experience working with or within a digital marketing or ad buying agency
- Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms including Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and OOH
- Basic understanding of incrementality testing as it relates to channel spend and KPI efficiency
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta, and other data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to communicate findings to leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working within apparel or consumer goods verticals
