  • **About the Role**
  • Keri is looking for a
  • **Paid Media Video Editor**
  • to support our UGC and paid media efforts. This role works closely with our team and creators to produce high-performing ad creatives designed for conversion.
  • You will focus on editing short form and long form UGC content specifically for paid ads, turning raw footage into performance-driven videos optimized for platforms like Meta and TikTok. This includes crafting strong hooks, fast-paced edits, and clear messaging tailored for ad performance, not general social content.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Video Editing and Production**
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, UGC ads, community content, and marketing campaigns.
  • **Short Form Content Creation**
  • Produce short form videos optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • **Creator Content Support**
  • Work with content submitted by creators to refine, edit, and format videos for publishing and promotion.
  • **Content Formatting and Optimization**
  • Adapt videos to the correct formats, aspect ratios, and styles required by each social platform.
  • **Creative Collaboration**
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring ideas and campaigns to life through video.
  • **Asset Management**
  • Organize and manage video files, raw footage, and project files to maintain an efficient content workflow.
  • **Content Iteration and Optimization**
  • Revise and improve videos based on feedback and performance insights.
  • **What We Look For**
  • **2+ years of experience in video editing or content production**
  • Strong skills in
  • **video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software**
  • Experience editing
  • **short form content for social media platforms**
  • Strong sense of
  • **storytelling, pacing, and visual flow**
  • Familiarity with
  • **current social media content styles and trends**
  • Strong attention to detail and creative instincts
  • Ability to manage
  • **multiple editing projects and deadlines**
  • Comfortable working in a
