  • **Project Manager**
  • to join their expanding team, manage and deliver high-quality commerce projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams, driving delivery excellence. Our client is a leading provider of e-commerce solutions and high-quality services.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to execution, UAT, and deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, and QAs) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (primarily UK, US, and EU). Manage expectations, provide progress reports, and handle change requests.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and maintain project documentation.
  • Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure the final product aligns with the "BSS Standard" of excellence.
  • Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and healthy team utilization.
  • Requirements
  • **Job Requirements**
  • ***Technical skills:***
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Experience in E-commerce (Magento/PHP, Shopify) is a significant advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Experience working with European/UK clients or holding a PMP/PSM certification.

  • **Professional English**
  • is a must (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or B2 level).
  • Ability to "speak tech" with developers and translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Sharp analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a "can-do" attitude under pressure.
