Retail & E-Commerce Manager

• OLD DOMINICK DISTILLERY Retail & E-Commerce Manager Old Dominick is looking for a passionate leader with retail experience to help grow the Old Dominick brand.
• The E-Commerce Retail Manager will lead and grow retail operations both instore and online.
• This hybrid role focuses on driving sales, optimizing the customer journey to drive sales both in-person and online.
• The Retail & E-Commerce Manager will own digital merchandising, and will support retail staff at our Downtown Memphis Distillery to deliver outstanding service reflective of the Old Dominick culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the retail shop at the downtown Memphis Distillery, including staffing, tours & tastings, front of the house floor personnel, retail inventory levels, etc.
• Train, mentor, and guide retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence Develop in-store merchandising SOP’s and visual presentation that reflect Old Dominick Brand Identity.
• Coordinate with Management on retail promotions, pricing strategies, and product assortment decisions.
• E-Commerce & Digital Operations Build an online shopping experience for Old Dominick retail merchandise Manage and optimize the online store experience, ensuring product listings, descriptions, photos, and inventory are current and compelling.
• Oversee digital merchandising strategies that drive conversion and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute e-commerce campaigns (Seasonal releases, Holidays, special product drops, etc.) Analyze online sales performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage e-commerce workflows including order fulfillment, returns, customer communications, and customer service escalations.
• Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, production, and Hospitality teams to align digital and physical retail initiatives.
• Assist Marketing and Sales teams with generating discount codes for podcasters, influencers, media partnerships, etc.
• Assist in tracking the use of those codes to measure partnership success.
• Support product launches with displays and promotional materials.
• Partner with fulfillment partners and internal teams to streamline shipping, logistics, and inventory forecasting.
• Preferred qualifications: 3 – 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail management.
• Retail Management background with the ability to lead frontline teams and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms & digital marketing tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, CRM, email campaigns, social commerce).
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS or content management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with flexible hours, including weekends and certain holidays.
