- The Fundraising and Communications Division is responsible for ensuring that Cancer Council maintains a visible, engaging presence in the community; and to inspire and activate support from Victorians.
- This is achieved through best-practice high volume direct marketing approaches; exceptional relationship management of high value supporters including major donors, charitable foundations, corporate partners and Gifts in Wills supporters; delivery of iconic fundraising events; and product sales and royalties through our retail arm.
- The eCommerce Team is responsible for achieving National online retail sales targets to support Cancer Council’s vision of a cancer free future; by funding research, prevention and support services at the same time as ensuring sun protection products are available to all Australians.
- ***About the opportunity***
- Reporting to the Retail Ecommerce Lead, the Retail Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing the National Retail Strategy, driving online sales growth and brand awareness. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across various channels, overseeing Shopify, responsible for identifying and assisting in implementing site functionality improvements to continuously enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
- Your role is to:
- Develop and execute planned marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Design and develop marketing campaigns across CCV channels
- Undertake the management of Google platform marketing campaigns.
- Oversee Shopify site functionality improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and streamline the purchasing process.
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automations, ensuring seamless integration with existing eCommerce platforms.
- Generate comprehensive reports on eCommerce and marketing performance to produce actionable insights crucial for strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to drive results, ensuring appropriate metrics are in place to determine success.

- We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor or Advanced Diploma and/or demonstrated experience in Marketing.
- Proven experience in executing best practice email marketing with a strong understanding of segmentation, targeting and personalisation, and deliverability.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis to achieve growth.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Basic graphic design experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Base salary of $76,411 to $82,291 p.a. (dependent on experience, pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation
