- About the Team
- The Brand Marketing team drives impactful campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen TikTok Shop brand presence, user engagement, and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams across content, media, CRM, creative, and commercial functions, the team plays a key role in shaping how users experience and connect with the platform.
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge business objectives, customer insights, and brand communication into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping brand communication, campaign strategy, and integrated marketing plans across multiple touchpoints. You will be a part of the Marketing team and work closely with Creative, Creator, Offline, Social Media, Online Marketing, Product, Operations, CRM, PR, and Leadership teams to ensure every marketing initiative delivers both brand impact and business results.
- This role requires someone who can balance long-term brand building with short-term business performance, while navigating a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- Responsibilities
- Develop strategic communication frameworks for brand and campaign initiatives.
- Translate business goals, market opportunities, and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Lead campaign planning from strategic development through execution and post-campaign evaluation.
- Define campaign positioning, key messaging, audience strategy, and communication priorities across the marketing funnel.
- Partner closely with Creative teams to ensure strategic thinking is effectively translated into compelling creative ideas and executions.
- Collaborate with Creator, Offline, Social Media, Online Marketing, Product, Operations, CRM, and PR teams to drive integrated marketing plans.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimizations.
- Drive strategic recommendations backed by data, insights, and business context.
- Support the development and evolution of brand strategy, brand guidelines, and communication principles.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making through strategic storytelling and clear communication.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign narratives to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- **Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Communications Planning, or Strategic Planning roles.
- Strong understanding of brand building, integrated marketing communications, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to connect data, consumer insights, and business objectives into clear strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, FMCG, or integrated agencies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, digital marketing ecosystems, and customer lifecycle strategies is a plus.
- Experience working on large scale marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
