- This role will be Vervaunt's first dedicated US headcount as we look to grow our footprint across this market. - **Overall purpose**
- The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of client work across performance marketing channels, whilst supporting across new business opportunities.
- The Senior Paid Media Manager owns all client roadmaps, and will constantly be looking for new opportunities to deliver growth for our clients whilst balancing our own commercial success.
- They will constantly be sharing market specific insights and developments, feeding this into the strategic vision for clients in the US market and those looking to enter.

- Supports our mission to work with leading eCommerce brands by developing and delivering compelling pitches, maintaining the highest quality and aiming for successful outcomes
- Identifies and capitalises on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, enhancing overall service offerings and revenue
- Oversees resource planning and scopes of work to ensure we are delivering excellence whilst maintaining efficiency
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial management and forecasting, leading on wider client business forecasting (CAC, LTV etc.) to ensure long-term growth for clients
- Takes accountability for ensuring there are no issues around spend or performance

- Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, core functions, and competitors, and facilitates Vervaunt's engagement with senior stakeholders
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients built on trust to ensure Vervaunt is embedded within the client teams and is integral to strategy and business objectives
- Maintains a client-centric approach with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

- Supports and guides their teams in the creation and implementation of leading-class performance marketing strategies (Initially subordinates will be remote in the UK)
- Collaborating with our strategy and international lead to ensure the UK team are skilled in building compelling narratives for the US market, elevating the quality of strategic direction
- Ensures that new US team members are effectively onboarded with comprehensive training programs and foster a best-in-class team by supporting ongoing development opportunities as the team expands
