- to join our growing team in Sri Lanka. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for a highly creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for eCommerce branding and digital content.
- This is your chance to work on multiple eCommerce brands, shape their visual identity, and create engaging content that drives results across social media, websites, and marketing channels.
- As the Ecommerce Creative Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality
- **graphical assets**
- and
- **video content**
- tailored specifically for eCommerce brands (product visuals, lifestyle imagery, promotional graphics, social media posts, stories, reels, banners, etc.)
- Designing and producing content that strictly aligns with brand guidelines while enhancing brand identity and aesthetics
- Developing creative concepts, planning content calendars, and executing end-to-end production for social media, marketing campaigns, and website assets
- Creating and planning
- **new brand identities**
- — including logos, visual systems, tone of voice, and full branding kits for new eCommerce stores
- Collaborating closely with marketing, brand, and eCommerce teams to ensure all visuals support sales goals and campaign objectives
- Optimizing visuals for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, website, email, etc.) while maintaining consistent brand experience
- Staying up-to-date with eCommerce design trends, platform best practices, and emerging visual styles
- As the Ecommerce Creative Specialist you will have the following skills & experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing
- **eCommerce-specific designs**
- (product photography editing, lifestyle mockups, conversion-focused creatives, Shopify-friendly assets)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other tools like Figma, Canva Pro, or similar
- Experience in
- **video editing**
- motion graphics, and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Proven ability to create and launch
- **new brand identities**
- from scratch
- Deep understanding of brand guidelines, visual storytelling, and eCommerce conversion principles
- Ability to work independently while delivering consistently high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of social media content trends and platform specifications
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video production, and branding (eCommerce experience is highly preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating eCommerce and social media work
- Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency environment handling various clients
- Excellent eye for detail, typography, color theory, and modern design aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
