- As our
- **Manager – eCommerce (CEE)**
- you will lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy across key online platforms, with a strong focus on marketplaces such as Allegro and other regional e-retail partners. You will play a critical role in accelerating online sales growth, improving digital shelf excellence, and strengthening our brand presence across the region. This role combines commercial ownership, analytical thinking, and digital commerce expertise.

- **What You’ll Do:**
- **Drive E-Commerce Growth**
- Lead and execute the regional e-commerce growth strategy across key marketplaces and online retailers.
- Own commercial relationships with strategic e-commerce partners, including Allegro and selected CEE platforms.
- Negotiate annual plans, promotional activations, visibility packages, and commercial agreements aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver ambitious sales, profitability, and market share targets across online channels.
- **Optimize Marketplace Performance**
- Manage product listings, assortment visibility, pricing, promotional calendars, and digital shelf execution.
- Continuously improve product discoverability, conversion, and shopper engagement across marketplaces.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with local teams to execute high-performing online campaigns and promotional activations.
- **Use Data to Drive Decisions**
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and customer behaviour to optimize commercial performance.
- Build actionable insights and recommendations using marketplace analytics and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and operational improvements across channels.
- **Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate digital activation plans, product launches, and promotional campaigns across the region.
- Work with external marketplace partners and agencies to maximize online visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- **Improve the Consumer Experience**
- Champion best-in-class digital shelf standards and shopper experience.
- Support content optimization initiatives that improve engagement and conversion.
- Contribute ideas that enhance online execution, simplify processes, and scale best practices across markets.
- **What We’re Looking For**
- **Must-Have:**
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital key account management.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems, especially Allegro and regional e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing online sales, promotions, and digital commerce performance in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
- Experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance e-commerce strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial and marketing data.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- **Nice to Have:**
- Experience with Amazon, eMag, or other regional marketplaces.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, conversion optimization, and online shopper behaviour.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics platforms, including Allegro Analytics, or digital shelf monitoring tools.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
