- Warsaw, Poland – Remote with 20-25% visiting client and our Office at Krakow.

- to help strengthen our shopper activation strategy and scale our digital commerce performance across the region.

- As our
- **Performance Marketing Manager (CEE)**
- you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital media channels, while supporting broader trade marketing and shopper activation activities across the region.
- You will be responsible for driving online visibility, consumer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing campaigns and digital optimization initiatives. In parallel, you will collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support promotional execution, shopper campaigns, and omnichannel activation initiatives.
- This role combines strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on campaign management with strong cross-functional collaboration.

- **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Drive Digital & Performance Marketing Growth**
- Lead and execute performance marketing strategies across Central & Eastern Europe to accelerate online sales growth and brand visibility.
- Manage paid media and retail media activities across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital advertising channels.
- Drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth through continuous optimization of digital campaigns and consumer journeys.
- Identify growth opportunities across audience targeting, promotional mechanics, campaign structure, and digital activation.
- **Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across channels including marketplace advertising, paid search, display, social, and retail media.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient media investment with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and incremental sales performance.
- Work closely with external agencies and platform partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and execution quality.
- Coordinate campaign calendars and promotional activations aligned with commercial priorities and brand objectives.
- **Optimize Conversion & Shopper Experience**
- Analyze consumer behavior and conversion funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to optimize product content, landing experiences, and digital shelf visibility.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance optimization across online touchpoints.
- Continuously improve shopper engagement, conversion rates, and online purchasing experience.
- **Use Data to Drive Decisions**
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, traffic, and revenue growth.
- Build actionable insights and recommendations using analytics platforms and campaign performance data.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital commerce opportunities across the region.
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
- **Collaborate Across Functions**
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated commercial execution.
- Partner with local market teams to align performance marketing activities with regional business priorities.
- Contribute to the development of scalable digital best practices across CEE markets.
- **What We’re Looking For**
- **Must-Have:**
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital commerce, or e-commerce growth roles.
- Experience with Allegro and other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and digital performance initiatives.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and traffic acquisition.
- Experience with marketplace advertising platforms and retail media ecosystems.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to optimize performance marketing strategies, enhance campaign effectiveness, and drive measurable results in the e-commerce landscape.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- **Nice to Have:**
- Experience working with FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics platforms, including Allegro Analytics, or digital shelf monitoring tools.
- Understanding of CRO, shopper psychology, and digital consumer behavior.
- Experience working within international or matrix organizations.
