- We are hiring a
- **Paid Media Account Manager**
- to lead the execution and strategy of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
- This is a client-facing role where you will own campaigns end-to-end, from planning and launch to optimization and reporting, while working closely with clients to drive performance and growth.
- The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- **Fully remote (working UK office hours: 10 am-6 pm)**
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with client goals
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Lead client communication and manage relationships to ensure success and retention
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Implement testing strategies to improve results continuously
- Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and campaign structure across accounts
- Prepare and present performance reports with clear recommendations
- **Requirements:**
- **Resume in English (required)**
- **Advanced/fluent English proficiency**
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end (strategy + execution)
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
