- Role Overview
- We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and growth of paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- This role is highly focused on paid advertising performance, campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC campaign management, along with experience working across different industries and client accounts.
- The candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns independently, analyzing performance data, collaborating with creative teams, and improving campaign efficiency based on ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD per month
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 9 AM – 4 PM EST
- Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations focused on CPA, ROAS, and conversion growth
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools
- Manage audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation, and A/B testing initiatives
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance
- Support lead generation and eCommerce campaigns across multiple industries
- Implement tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and related tools
- Create reports and performance insights for internal teams and clients
- Support digital marketing strategy initiatives across paid media and social platforms
- Requirements
- Resume in English.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media and Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Experience managing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in agency environments or managing multiple client accounts is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 preferred)
