- Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting, fast-growing business in their search for a PPC Manager to join a high-performance team operating in a highly competitive digital environment.
- This is not a “set and forget” PPC role.
- We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded and naturally curious — someone who enjoys getting into the detail of paid search performance, understanding why campaigns behave the way they do, and contributing ideas that genuinely move the needle.
- You'll be supporting ongoing optimisation across high-volume campaigns, reviewing performance daily and working closely with leadership on campaign strategy, opportunities and recommendations.
- **What we’re looking for:**
- 🍋 Google Ads experience
- 🍋 Strong Search campaign knowledge
- 🍋 Understanding of keywords, search terms & negative keywords
- 🍋 Experience reviewing campaign performance & identifying opportunities
- 🍋 Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
- 🍋 Comfortable explaining recommendations and insights
- 🍋 Curious around AI tools and modern workflows
- Bonus points for experience within lead generation, legal, financial services or highly competitive paid media environments.
