- Role Overview
- SimplePractice seeks a seasoned Senior Copywriter, Paid Media who operates at the intersection of high-level brand storytelling and high-velocity social execution. The ideal candidate is a "concept engine" capable of turning complex product features into human-centric, high-converting video and social content. This role requires a strong creative point of view, the ability to work autonomously, and experience in building scalable creative systems.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate a high volume of distinct conceptual hooks and scripts rapidly.
- Craft high-performing scripts for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube that are native to each platform.
- Provide script direction on-set during video shoots to ensure tone, pacing, and energy.
- Utilize performance data to pitch innovative creative tests and iterate quickly.
- Manage the production lifecycle in partnership with video editors and motion designers.
- Audit creative performance to identify winners and create subsequent versions (2.0, 3.0).
- Stay fluent in current social trends, audio hooks, and visual formats.
- Translate technical SaaS features into simple, resonant "a-ha" moments for clinicians.
- **Required Skills & Experience**
Experience
- 8+ years in performance marketing or creative strategy (in-house or agency), with a focus on paid social and digital video.
- Platform Expertise: Intuitive understanding of visual and verbal languages for fragmented social feeds.
- Autonomy: Ability to navigate ambiguity, own projects, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Data-Informed: Ability to view metrics as a catalyst for creativity rather than a limitation.
- Velocity: Proven track record of maintaining high quality while producing large volumes of scripts in fast-paced environments.
- Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Art, Copy, and Stakeholders.
- Portfolio: Must provide examples of high-performing social campaigns, video scripts, and conceptual brand work.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to explain how creative choices influenced specific business outcomes.
- Production: Experience on set at video productions; directing experience is a major plus.
