  • **ROLE OVERVIEW**
  • We are looking for an ownership-driven Performance Marketing Manager who combines data, creativity, and platform depth with 5+ years of proven experience in managing paid growth across global platforms.
  • You will work directly with US-based clients on lead generation, ecommerce, and growth-focused campaigns, while managing a team and owning performance outcomes end to end.
  • **Core Capabilities (Mandatory)**
  • 1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
  • End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Video, and Marketplaces.
  • Ability to plan and execute full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel economics.
  • 2. Global Advertising Platforms (Critical)
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B demand & lead gen)
  • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Programmatic / Native platforms
  • Retargeting & audience-based advertising systems
  • Must understand platform nuances, scaling logic, and optimization frameworks.
  • 3. Creative & Messaging Strategy
  • Ability to guide ad creatives, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience working with designers, video editors, and content teams.
  • Understanding of UGC-style ads, short-form video, and performance creatives.
  • Strong sense of what converts across platforms.
  • 4. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics (Critical)
  • Expert-level understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to create reports and analyze performance data and convert insights into clear actions.
  • Comfortable presenting performance and insights to clients.
  • 5. Experimentation & Optimization
  • Structured A/B testing mindset across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
  • Ability to scale winning campaigns and quickly cut inefficiencies.
  • Strong problem-solving approach to declining performance or rising acquisition costs.
