Refund policy
Short version: if we decline your submission, you get your money back in full. If we publish what you paid for, the term runs to its end.
> we refund in full
- We review your submission and decide not to publish it.
- We cannot publish within a reasonable time and you no longer want it.
- You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged in error.
- A promoted placement you paid for never went live.
> we do not refund
- A term that has already started, once your listing or role is live. Cancel any time and it stays live until the period you have paid for ends, then reverts to a normal unpaid listing. We do not refund the unused part.
- The one-off activation fee inside the first-year Verified price of $149, once your listing has been claimed and published.
- Traffic, enquiries or rankings being lower than you hoped. We set that expectation before you buy, on the pricing page and at checkout, deliberately.
- A listing removed because it breached the advertising terms.
> your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your own country. If a law that applies to you gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins.

Email hello@ecommerceguide.com with the email address you paid with and what you bought. We aim to answer within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original card via Stripe and usually take five to ten days to appear.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard, without emailing us. See also the advertising terms.
