To support continued growth, KEF is hiring a Product Executive to help drive product planning, new product development, and go-to-market preparation within the Product Management team.
  • **Role Summary:**
  • We are looking for an Assistant Manager, eCommerce Asia. Reporting to the Senior Director, eCommerce & Platforms, this role drives sustainable and profitable digital growth across our APAC region by optimising the end-to-end consumer journey. This role manages the day-to-day operations of multiple websites and execution of merchandising tactics. It works alongside the wider digital team to maximise direct-to consumer online revenue and deliver a best-in-class digital experience. This role will manage performance marketing channels in collaboration with our Asia agency partner. The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused, digital multitasker who can comfortably work under pressure, whilst delivering multiple deadlines and objectives.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to improve website performance and achieve commercial objectives
  • Manage online merchandising including assortment presentation, pricing and promotional setup
  • Monitor product performance, AOV, and merchandising effectiveness to drive commercial growth
  • Manage inventory levels, compile forecasts and work alongside logistics to ensure availability at all times
  • Execute onsite SEO/GEO optimizations to improve organic traffic and visibility
  • Drive performance marketing across Google and Meta in partnership with agency
  • Manage ad budgets and channel mix to maximise revenue growth, ROAS and CPC
  • Ensure activity is aligned with commercial priorities and campaign calendar
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to plan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams including sales and marketing
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators weekly/ monthly to track success of initiatives
  • **Requirements**
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Understanding of managing DTC ecommerce within wider channel environment
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CrazyEgg)
  • Success in managing external media agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Excel/data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present performance insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in Japanese or Malay is a bonus.
