  • **About The Role**
  • We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Content Operations Manager to lead and evolve our content function across multiple eCommerce clients.
  • This role combines operational leadership with strategic thinking — ensuring exceptional day-to-day delivery while also driving continuous improvement, scalability, automation, and innovation across content operations.
  • You will lead cross-functional content teams, improve workflows, optimise resource planning, and help shape how content operations evolve as the business grows. The ideal candidate is highly organised and process-driven, but equally capable of bringing fresh ideas, influencing stakeholders, and building a high-performing culture.
  • ## Tasks
  • **What** **You’ll** **Be Doing**
  • **Team Leadership & Delivery**
  • * Lead and develop high-performing content teams across multiple client accounts
  • * Oversee the delivery of content updates, NPIs, SKU/ASIN uploads, and related operational activity
  • * Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence across all content outputs
  • * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused team culture
  • * Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and guidance
  • **Operations & Process Improvement**
  • * Develop and optimise scalable content workflows and operational processes
  • * Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and quality
  • * Drive consistency and best practice across content operations
  • * Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve delivery challenges
  • **Automation, AI & Innovation**
  • * Lead initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimisation
  • * Evaluate tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • * Help shape the future direction of content operations through innovation and continuous improvement
  • * Encourage a forward-thinking and process-driven mindset across the team
  • **Client & Commercial Management**
  • * Support client meetings and contribute to content strategy discussions
  • * Act as a key operational contact for content-related queries and escalations

  • * Support resource planning, forecasting, and budget management across projects

  • * Experience managing or leading content, digital operations, or eCommerce teams
  • * Strong operational and organisational skills, with experience managing workflows and resourcing
  • * Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable ways of working
  • * Experience with content platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows
  • * Confident communicator with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
  • * Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines, or project delivery
  • * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • * Experience within eCommerce, retail, or digital agency environments is advantageous
