  • **Role and Company Overview:**
  • We're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager for a U.S.-based digital agency that helps clients grow through high-converting websites. This is a net-new role โ€” demand for CRO work has grown to the point where it needs a dedicated person. You'll own CRO across 5โ€“10 client websites at a time, working closely with an internal paid media team. This is not a strategy-only role โ€” the right person thinks like a marketer and can execute directly inside a website without relying on developers.
  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Own and execute CRO strategy across multiple client websites simultaneously
  • Analyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion data to identify opportunities
  • Implement changes directly in CMS platforms and website backends without dev support
  • Use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to build, test, and deploy changes fast
  • Run A/B tests, UX improvements, and messaging experiments end to end
  • Partner with the internal paid media team to align landing pages with ad campaigns and tracking
  • **Requirements:**
  • Proven CRO and performance marketing experience
  • Hands-on CMS experience โ€” can log in and build changes without a developer
  • Experience using AI-assisted workflows to write or modify website code (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • **Nice to Have:**
  • Light front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
  • Background in growth marketing or performance-driven roles
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
