- **About the Role**
- We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX/UI Design Manager to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of high-converting landing pages, websites, and sales funnels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user behavior, conversion psychology, modern UX/UI principles, and AI-powered design tools.
- This role combines design leadership, CRO strategy, project management, and team coordination to improve website performance and increase lead generation and sales.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Design high-converting landing pages, service pages, and sales funnels.
- Use AI design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Relume, Lovable, Bolt, Framer, and other modern platforms to accelerate design workflows.
- Conduct CRO audits and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, page layouts, and conversion-focused UX strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to implement designs.
- Manage and prioritize design projects from concept to launch.
- Review completed work and ensure quality assurance before publishing.
- Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop A/B testing strategies and optimize pages based on data.
- Maintain design systems, brand consistency, and UX best practices.
- Train and guide team members on CRO and UX/UI best practices.
- **Required Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX/UI Design, or Landing Page Optimization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable conversion improvements.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion psychology, customer journey mapping, and user experience principles.
- Experience using AI tools for design, content structuring, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and digital marketing concepts.

Experience managing remote teams
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and funnel-building platforms.
