  • Roosevelt Outstaffing is hiring on behalf of one of our largest and longest-standing clients - a well-established, rapidly growing performance marketing agency based in the United States.
  • This is an opportunity to work with a team that manages high-volume paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and values speed, creativity, and measurable results.
  • **What You'll Do**
  • Create high-converting static and video creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Produce creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, StackAdapt, YouTube Shorts, and Google Performance Max.
  • Generate creative concepts quickly while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Leverage AI tools to produce creative assets at scale, while also being able to create premium, fully custom designs when needed.
  • Stay on top of the latest advertising trends, creative strategies, AI tools, and platform best practices.
  • Work closely with a high-performing marketing team that continuously tests, iterates, and optimizes creative performance.
  • **We're Looking For Someone Who Has**
  • Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience creating performance-focused paid advertising creatives.
  • Deep understanding of what currently works across major paid media platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative production without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce a high volume of creatives.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • **Bonus Points If You Have**
  • Experience working in a performance marketing agency.
  • Case studies or data showing the performance of creatives you've produced (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience with additional creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or AI creative platforms.
