- **About the Role**
- We're looking for a Designer / Content Creator who understands content as a driver of revenue, not just aesthetics.
- This role combines content creation (video + design), AI-assisted production, and brand execution.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, paid ads) and static assets (carousels, product visuals)
- Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, editing, and creative variations
- Develop and test Meta Ads creatives (CTR, watch time, conversions)
- Maintain a clean, minimal, premium visual identity across all channels
- Design assets for product pages, landing pages, and email (Klaviyo)
- Manage content library and contribute to campaign planning
- **What We're Looking For**
- Strong video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Proven ability to create content that converts, not just looks good
- Ecommerce or DTC brand experience preferred
- **Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with UGC workflows and Meta Ads creative strategy
- Experience with high-ticket products ($1K+)
