  • Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Digital Account Manager is responsible for helping ensure Alley’s blue-chip, fast-growth client campaigns are reaching their full potential. If you have proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns end to end with a firm understanding of various paid media marketing tactics (Social, SEM, Programmatic, Native, etc.), have exceptional client relations skills and are excited to learn, then we’d like to talk to you
  • The Digital Account Manager is directly responsible for facilitating the day-to-day account coordination for the Performance division’s accounts and account leads, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest performance possible.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate campaign workflow for assigned accounts, utilizing the account lead’s strategy & process for reporting and communication.
  • Manage a team of Marketing specialists to achieve and surpass client KPIs
  • Analysis of web and campaign analytics to undercover key learnings and insights to construct actionable performance recommendations
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly client reports and analysis on a regular basis.
  • Organize, prioritize and manage all campaigns for clients using project management software as the main communication, delegation & progress tracking vehicle.
  • Manage timelines of all deliverables promised to clients.
  • Assist account leads to investigate, track and resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain client files, executive summaries and important documentations for internal records.
  • Assist in managing budgets, campaign creative, invoicing, etc.
  • Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise.
  • **Qualifications:**
  • 5+ years work experience in the digital marketing space with proficient knowledge across multiple digital marketing tactics
  • 3+ years managing Account Management and/or Marketing teams
  • Experience in eCommerce or other conversion focused landscape (either client or agency side)
  • Experience in analysing and presenting diverse sets of campaign data with experience in Google Analytics or other analytics softwares
  • Proficient with Mac OS environment and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • A proven track record managing multiple commitments to the clients, team, and business operations
  • Works well in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Process focused with the ability to live in spreadsheets & technical systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
