- **Role Description**
- We're hiring marketers who will manage and optimize digital campaigns across search, display, social media, and email channels. This role is part-time (can be full-time) and remote, involves planning and executing paid media strategies, monitoring budgets, and adjusting bids and targeting to maximize

- The position includes conducting keyword research, SEO optimization, and local/GEO targeting to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic. The Digital Marketer will create and schedule email and social content, creatives, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign messaging and landing pages. Daily responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, generating reports, and continuously testing and refining campaigns based on data insights.

- **You might be a fit if you:**
- Have real e-commerce / DTC experience and think in ROAS, CAC and LTV, not just clicks
- Work data-driven: test, measure, optimize, report
- Can own a channel end-to-end and advise on strategy
- Bonus: experience with supplement, health or wellness brands
- Proficiency with Dutch, German, French is a plus but not required, strong English is essential
- Enthusiastic about using AI to compliment other tools
- **Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess minimum 2-3 years of experience with strong Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns independently as well as using AI tools.
- Should have Graphics Design & Content Creation skills
- Social Media Marketing skills to manage paid and organic social content, engagement, and audience growth.
- Web Analytics and Lead Generation skills to interpret data, track conversions, and improve campaign performance.
- Experience with paid search, display advertising, SEO, GEO/local targeting, and email marketing platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation or email platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
- Prior experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and optimizing for ROI in a business or agency environment is a plus.
