  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to meet demand gen and ROI goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and organic social teams to align paid strategies with brand initiatives, and ensure creative assets are effective.
  • Manage daily campaign pacing and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA) to provide actionable insights for improvements.
  • Act as a liaison for the brand, monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and supporter inquiries across social channels to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand reputation and customer engagement.
  • Provide recommendations based on data to improve content, campaigns, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure Honeywell Aerospace remains competitive in the digital landscape.
  • **Qualifications**
  • **YOU MUST HAVE**
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and social media management.
  • Proficiency in paid platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Demandbase).
  • Experience with social care or customer engagement tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing public-facing community conversations.
  • Data-driven mindset with high proficiency in Excel and analytics tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Certifications in LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta and/or Demandbase
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad copy and community management
  • Experience in high-compliance B2B corporations or the aerospace industry
