- **About the Company**
- We are running this search on behalf of a confidential client: an established, performance-driven digital marketing agency headquartered in Princeton, NJ. The client's name is shared with candidates once we connect. Our client has spent over 22 years helping more than 1,000 ecommerce brands grow through real-world strategy, analytics, and exceptional execution. Today they are bringing that experience into an AI-first future. If you enjoy working with ecommerce brands but want to sit on the solution side rather than inside a single retailer, this role was built for you. They are transforming from a performance marketing agency into what they believe the digital agency of tomorrow SHOULD be: a company where AI doesn't replace people, it empowers them. A place where curiosity meets capability, and experimentation drives growth. This role isn't for someone looking for just another job. It's for someone who wants to be part of a bold reinvention, helping shape conversations, challenge the status quo, and build something enduring.

- Client Advisory: Lead ongoing performance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic growth workshops with client leadership teams.
- Risk & Churn Mitigation: Actively monitor account health, competitive pressures, and industry changes to solve performance roadblocks before they impact the client relationship.
