  • We are looking for you as a
  • **Digital Merchandising Manager (m/f/x)**
  • to join our Webshop & Digital Product and Data team. You translate requirements from our buying and marketing teams into impactful onsite merchandising across our EU webshop.
  • As the team continues to grow and prepares for a discovery platform migration, you will also play an active role in platform operations and support a broad range of team functions in the near term.
  • **Your Responsibilities**
  • Own product sort orders across category, collection, campaign, and search results pages
  • Create and maintain onsite content including landing pages, banners, lookbooks, and shoppable hotspots
  • Monitor category and page performance, adjust placements, and run A/B tests together with our analytics function
  • Act as the main point of contact for buying and marketing teams, translating commercial priorities into onsite execution and coordinating go-live timing
  • Work day-to-day in our shop management, search, and discovery platforms, including our ongoing discovery platform migration
  • Cover the Product Data Manager on product data, PIM updates, and content publishing where needed
  • **Your Profile**
  • Experience in e-commerce merchandising, onsite content operations, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on experience managing onsite merchandising within a shop management or commerce platform
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate buying and marketing requirements into effective onsite execution
  • Confident communicator, comfortable holding your own in cross-functional conversations
  • An eye for visual quality and aesthetic sensibility that fits the brand
  • Data-aware and action-oriented: Able to read performance data, spot what needs fixing, and act without being prompted
  • Proficient in Excel including formulas and data processing, confident with structured data sets
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where platform tooling is evolving and coverage across functions is part of the job
  • Fluent in English. German or other European languages is a plus
